Coming to mobile
The ClubSport app for iOS and Android will use two capabilities the web cannot offer:
- NFC — each gym has a terminal at the entrance (identifier above). Tapping your phone marks you present in a second, with no need to stop at the desk. The field that records how a check-in happened already exists in the database.
- Geolocation — sessions will be sorted by real distance from your phone’s position, so the gym you are standing in comes first. Each gym’s coordinates are already stored and used for that calculation.
